Payment Policy
Payment must be taken in full by you, the agent to ensure we lock in the booking with our dive centre partners.
You can then forward our fee to us in full via our stripe link, or alternate methods will be provided to suit each business model.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 5PM the night before the diving day

There is NO cancellation fee up to 5pm the night before the booked diving date experience.

After 5PM the night before to 5AM the morning of the diving day
​
Cancellations made on the morning of the booked dive experience will be charged 50% of the total booking fee owed to Reef Explorers Asia.

After 5AM the morning of the diving day
​
Cancellations made after 5AM on the morning of the booked dive experience will be charged 100% of the total booking fee owed to Reef Explorers Asia.
No Show Policy
No Shows will forfeit 100% of the total booking fee owed to Reef Explorers Asia.
